memory errors

like many people i have some 3rd party memory in my hp3000.  over the
weekend predictive signalled some single bit error or errors are occurring
consistently on one or more HP memory cards. : x023.

is there a way to determine which card this is occurring on?  and verify
that it really is hp memory?
