Actually, this a somewhat misleading error message. You also have
fragmentation "issues". Try "DISC=550000,32,32" (the maximum number of
extents is 32) and see if that does not work. If it does not, then you
REALLY have fragmentation problems (assuming you have adequate total disc
space) that you need to address either through a total reload (ugh) or one
of several software utilities that will do defragmentation.
