After some thought, there are two views of simplicity.  I think Gavin
talked about this in a 3000 Newswire article and here on the list.
MPE does complicated things under simple commands and U*ix takes
simple well tested components to do complex things.  Reminds me the
the RISC/CISC arguments.  Which is better?
