You may want to pay a little extra and make sure the delimiter can be set to
something other than a comma.  You'd hate to run into a name like:

"The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District"  mess up your
import.  :-o

But as a starter program, you may be able to use a program that Shawn Gordon
did for the 3000NewsWire's Inside Cobol segment.  It reads a copy lib and
makes HTML:
