Hello!

An IRIS Purchasing and Asset Management class will be given this week. The
class is a six-hour session that will be held on Wed, August 21 from 9 a.m.
to noon and will continue on Thurs, August 22 from 9 a.m. to noon. Classes
will be given in the Personnel Services Training Lab (across the hall from
Personnel Services).

Purchasing and Asset Management covers the following:
When to use a requisition?
Procedures necessary to purchase goods using requisitions
When is an item an asset?

Completion of IRIS Overview is a prerequisite for this class. If you wish
to repeat this class or attend for the first time, please reply via email
