Don't miss the Ninth Annual Southern Brewers Festival this Saturday, August
24, 2002, to benefit the Arts & Education Council! Proceeds help fund AEC
programs like the Independent Film Series, TheatreExpress drama series, and
the Conference on Southern Literature.
The Festival will take place from 1 PM to 11 PM in the parking lot next to
Big River Grille at the corner of Second and Broad Streets in downtown
Chattanooga. Sample over 30 beers from regional microbreweries while
listening to live musical entertainment from bands like Goosecreek
Symphony, Kevn Kinney, St. Somewhere, and Zoso. General admission is $5
and taster's admission is $10 and includes 4 $1 tokens for sampling beers.
Additional tokens can be purchased for $1 each.
We hope to see you all on Saturday to have fun and raise money for the AEC!
