You also have to wade through the doublespeek of each issue.  Sometimes you
are for the issue when you vote against it.  In our Oregon Voter's pamphlet,
they give the pro and con on each ballot measure, and then list what
organizations stand behind each side.  It may say Greenpeace is for it and
Monsanto is against it.  You can then vote with better assurance.
