Mahesh,
  I seem to recall that Cognos had a y2k type source code analysis type tool. It had some specific hooks for Powerhouse code, but could also be used easily for COBOL or other source code. Sorry I don't recall the details.

  There are also some tools used by the Migration/emulation vendors which create dictionaries based on source code to help in the porting process. All somewhat pricey as I recall but it depends on what you need.
