It was never offered on MPE/V.  IIRC, the last OS which included
APL was MPE IV Q-Delta-2 for the Series II/III systems -- IOW, it
wasn't on MPE V/R (see below).

APL was **NEVER** released nor supported on any HP-IB system (S30,
S33, S40/42/52, S44/48/58, S64/68/70) which supported MPE V/P, V/E,
or greater.

V/R was the final release for the SIO machines, but ISTR the APL
segments were not included with the system SL.

Almost. V/P was disk-cache-without-CSTX.
