Why should I take a pay cut and work for a miserable salary while the company
I bust my butt off for 40+ hours a week is raking in mega bucks in profit and
their CEO is driving his Mercedes/Lexus/BMW?

I don't think so -- I want to be paid well for the product I give the company
and for all the hours I give them.
