Another reason to lobby Congress to repeal the H1B program is because that
affects (don't have exact numbers) several hundred-thousand U.S. tech sector
workers, while the hp, even if it goes away, does not remove the need for a
U.S. worker, it just changes the knowledge requirement of the U.S. worker.
