Board: IMNI) today announced that it has acquired a 90%
interest in a Florida company that has recently applied for a
patent on a revolutionary development stage system that
directly monitors all aspects of airport activity thereby
providing for a heightened level of security. As designed,
the system will provide a monitoring process that is
intended to address security concerns of the traveling
public and governmental agencies like the Transportation
Security Administration.

The system, as described in the patent filing, will monitor
all persons entering an airport, including all passengers,
airline employees, airport personnel and all luggage and
