hi all!

well -- it appears to work!  that is -- having a jobsecurity statement
*before* any stream statements in your sysstart file.  i have in my
systart file....

JOBSECURITY LOW;passexempt=max

(yes, the first part of that line was typed in by someone else :-)

followed, a few lines later, by the stream statements for psmon and a
local job.  the local job has no passwords embedded on the job card.
the system was rebooted last night...and the local job ran just fine,
thank you :-)  (the psmon job runs fine too....but it has embedded
passwords....i ought to go fix that....)         - d
