How about those of us who believe HP *is* the problem, and that getting as far
away from them as possible is the best solution?
(Yes, I'm in an especially cynical mood today. Your survey does have merit for
those who want to continue working with HP. However, it doesn't cover my
situation, which is that of a formerly *extremely* loyal HP customer who now
opposes doing *any* business with them ever again.)

Subject: Re: [HP3000-L] OpenMPE Inc. endorsement - My Take
Chris has written a couple very good, well thought out, and well spoken
responses on this thread. Now is the time to decide if you just want to
complain (be part of the problem) or if you want to take action (be part of
the solution). We have prepared the first of at least a couple surveys
we
will be doing as we (OpenMPE and HP) try to drill down on specific questions
and/or concerns that are coming up now that we have HP's ear. Please
complete this "3 question" survey at your earliest convenience and pass the
word along about it. The more data gathered, the more weight the results
will carry for all involved.
