This arrangement will make a copy of any tape.

FILE T1;REC=8192,,U;DEV=DDS2;NOBUF
FILE T2;REC=8192,,U;DEV=DDS3;NOBUF
FCOPY FROM=*T1;TO=*T2;FILES=ALL
