In the "more than you want to know" answer category, the kind of clock you
want is one of the relatively new radio-controlled, synched to WWVB. We have
these in almost every room of AICS and I think they're really quite nice.
Even more than that, they're more accurate than anything synched to an NTP
server, in that there is less propagation delay.

All of our clocks are from Radio Shack, although we have bought my
father-in-law a really nice radio-controlled wristwatch as well that works on
the same principle. All of these clocks attempt to resynch to the WWVB signal
six times a day.
