If you have VEAUDIT from VESOFT, you can perform a LISTUDC command.

        %VEAUDIT LISTUDC userset [;FILE=fileset] [;INVERT]

Example:

        %VEAUDIT LISTUDC @.@;FILE={your udc file];INVERT

This will show all the "USER.ACCOUNT" signons that use "your udc file".
