I take it back, I can make it work in Telnet now.
It was my scripting that was the problem for the
Window-Title.
[I got it working in WRQ (VT-MGR & TELNET)]
[I got it working in MS92 (NSVT & TELNET)]
[There is no equivalent in QCTerm that I know of.]
