This is probably a much bigger problem in our economy than the H1B issue - the shortage of inteligent leadership in U.S. businesses.

Wouldn't the following two statements constitute an 'infinite loop'?
Question 1:

Question 2:
Also, U.S. car manufacturers think it is not cost effective to make
the
changes needed because they don't sell enough cars in Japan.
Why don't they sell enough cars? (see question 1)
