Just a thought, you'll probably want to restore your directories before
doing the
RESTORE as described by Jeff. The directories, hopefully are on your
last back-up
tape...
To restore the directories is as follows:
FILE T;DEV=TAPE
FILE SYSLIST;DEV=LP
RESTORE *T;;DIRECTORY

More precisely you need your CSLT tape, which is the finished product
after an installation/upgrade/patch process. You will have to reload
at least the system volume set, adding LDEV 2 with VOLUTIL prior to
doing the actual restore.
