Where are they moving thier IT too?

Too further prove my point about the shortage scam, a prominent HP headhunting outfit just sent an email to one of the lists totally contradicting any notion of a shortage.

They basically made it known that they are looking for an expert level programmer who is willing to work dirt cheap.
Now, if there was a shortage of programmers, the rates would be going up not down.  Also, it would be safe to presume that it would be harder to find an "expert" than it would be to find someone of lesser skill.  But this agency understands the fact that there are so many experts out of work they can hold out for the lowest bidder.

Well..for what it's worth.. I did read where Zippo was moving their
manufacturing from Canada to Somewhere in Pennsylvania...
