I admit I've only personally met the couple who were there, but it has
received some write up in the Asian dive press, which may or may not be
unbiased. Due to the location, I gather the diving is good due to lack of
run-offs (they were looking at the viability of starting a giant clam
breeding programme there) and interesting dive sites (although not the wall
diving of Sipadan; mind you, I have had a diver on Diverlink complaining
about the poor quality of diving in Sipadan). If you have information
regarding the poor quality of the diving there, I'd really appreciate a link
to it, as I have been seriously thinking of making a trip there.

Cheers,
Poe

How about it? First of all you're top-posting, then you're quoting "a
couple" at a tourist trap in Sabah.Better than Sipadan in what way? From
what I could gather on the net Langkayan is another Mabul with no Sipadan
close by.
