Use any of the three ATM machines at bank offices on the southeastern corner
or eastern side of the plaza in San Miguel.  Check with your bank at home,
but if it is like mine, the only fee involved is from the bank whose ATM
machine you use.  The bank on the southeastern corner had no charge.  If you
use a credit card at the ATM, you will be charged the usurious rates
associted with a cash advance.
