Hi Richard,
Glad to hear you are still singing the same hymn.

You know my views, EDUCATION. Nobody chooses there race, creed , culture or
place of birth until they have education. If the supposed "thoughtfull
governments" (and America presents themselves as the most thoughtfull"
actually spent the same amount of money in education as they do on defence
and "anti-terroism" the world would be a far better place. Quote John
Lennon, Bob Dylan, and Thomas Moore to name but a few.

Forget history, it's only a pointer as what not to do , not what should be
done.
