Aramark arrived on our campus serving food to us on a "silver" platter,
which was impressive.  Now we are expected to eat rat-infested food served
on styrofoam.  All this aside, not only is the sanitation of the food being
served in question, but the treatment of their employees is abominable.  A
twenty-one year employee was laid off one week before he would have
received his two week paid vacation.  This employee is the son of a retired
UTC employee and is ADA.  But what else can we expect from employers who
call their employees MONKEYS!
