If you have support call the HPRC. The engineer will give you temporary
access to SUPLICENSE. He/She will then give you a temporary license to
access
the SYSDIAG. If you need to replace the internal modem, have them replace it
with an external modem instead. This will make the current install much
easier and future resets are a simple flick of the on/off switch.
