That's correct, but the HPSTDIN and HPVT variables are, I believe, just
ordinary "user" variables that are :SETVARed by the VTSERVER process, so
they aren't "real" HP-defined variables and so should show up on the
:SHOWVAR;JOB=.
Note that you can't test the ;JOB= option by specifying your own session
number, because the command is smart enough to behave in that case as
though you had not specified the;JOB= option.
