The directory option will capture all volume sets in the ONVS command as
long as you have them separated by a comma.

!STORE ^ddumpt.job.operator;;INTER;STORESET=(*T8),(*T9);ONLINE;&
!DIRECTORY;ONVS=MPEXL_SYSTEM_VOLUME_SET,PRODHNS,PRODDBB,PRODDBC;&
!SHOW;STATISTICS;PROGRESS=20


The above command captures all of our directories.
