The product is NovaSTOR (or NovaBack or some such, depending
upon what web page you read (in July 2001, anyway :)).
I started to try to use it a few years back, and again last year.
I gave up after having exchanging a lot of email with their
support people. They just weren't interested in hearing
enhancement suggestions or bug reports from me.
