I am glad that you feel your first opinion is always right.

The rest of us sometimes have to back track. If I believe I have made a
mistake, I feel that it is unconscionable not to correct it. I will do this
even though my detractors will call it waffling, lack of direction or even
unconscionable. I applaud anyone willing to "vote their conscience."

All I ask of you is that you have a modicum of compassion for us that are
not able to get it right the first time. Some of us don't have the ability.
Some don't have the desire. Some actually grow with each passing day.
Whatever the case please don't judge us to harshly.

Regards.

The opinions expressed herein are my own and not necessarily those of my
employer.
