My proxy card for "annual meeting of shareholders" has
arrived. This time I get to vote for/withold both possible
sets of directors.
 Does anybody know if there is a way to write-in a name
for a director? There is no space on the proxy designated
for a write-in. I don't see suggestions on Walt's website either.
