HP and Interex would cleverly point out that these folks are
incorrigible and, therefore, must be excluded from the survey
results :-)

On second thought: Did they even bother to submit the survey?
HP and Interex referred to the survey RESULTS.

You might have discovered a hard-to-find fact here.  But then,
again, just think of all the potential billions of revenue for
migration "providers".  They also have families to feed.
