Although I can't comment on the Roadrunner error message I can
direct you to the location of MPE/iX error messages:

You should have MPE/iX Error Messages Volumes 1-3 listed.

I've noticed that it now seems to be harder to find the meaning to error
messages than it used to be in the old days. We had a pile of about a dozen
manuals back then. Do we have a place to look for all (yes all) of the
