Subject: [HP3000-L] OT: A positive HP customer service experience
Even though I am thoroughly disgusted with the Way HP has taken lately, I
feel compelled to report a recent, positive Customer Service experience.
Having bought a pair of color inkjet carts for my Officejet at the local
buyers club, and thrown out the receipt, I installed one of them and it
would only squirt yellow. I called HP printer support to see what they
might do about it.
After only about 20 minutes on the phone (toll call), the CS rep took the
initiative and sent me a replacement free of charge!
