I am really getting frustrated.  Over and over we have explained our
objection, and no one at Interex seems to get it.  If Interex owned one
share of HP stock that wouldn't have made the slightest difference.  The
problem was not so much how Interex voted its shares, as the fact that the
board issued a press release stating that "Interex, the largest organization
of HP computer users" was if favor of the merger.  The board presumed to
speak very publicly on behalf of the membership without knowing the opinions
of the members.  How can I state this more clearly?  Someone help me out!
