The Upward Bound staff announces to the University community the
retirement of Mr. Byron McClure, who has served as the Upward Bound Program
counselor for the past fifteen years.  His dedicated service and his kind,
but firm approach to students, has motivated many to complete and further
their education through Upward Bound.

     We will wish him well in his retirement.
