Spiraling Grades: Is Inflation More Than an Economic Term?
April 5 (F), 2:00 - 3:00 pm
LOCATION: Ocoee Room, UC (pre-registration is NOT required--just come!)
Does grade inflation exist at UTC? What does the research say about what
causes it? What can faculty do to prevent it? Is it even a "bad" thing?
This seminar is designed to present some general information about grade
inflation and provide a forum for
discussion about grades, grading, student outcomes and grading criteria in
general.
