Evaluating Online Resources, a satellite teleconference, will be broadcast
TODAY (Friday, April 12, 2002) from 2:00 - 3:30 pm in the Raccoon Mountain
Room.
This teleconference will address how much material to include in online or
web-enhanced courses, how to build in interactions, how to break the course
into manageable learning chunks, and how to identify reputable content.
The teleconference will bring together key people from the academic world
to discuss and present case studies focusing on quality standards for
online resources; major online project nationwide, such as MERLOT, Harvey,
and CREOLE, and learning objects that are available through major book
publishers.
The program will be videotaped.
