I think the important part of using Creatprocess intrinsic online is the way
you tell it you want the father process to behave - usually it is to wait to
be reactivated by termination of the son process (or by explicit request),
so father doesnt interfere with son's use of terminal.

You can run CREATEPROCESS from an online program.  There's not any real
difference I can think of.

If you want to just run a program and wait for it to finish, it might be
easier to just call HPCICOMMAND with the RUN command.
