Looks like scam spam. It is a little more sophisticated than normal in that
the recipient is encouraged to believe he has erroneously received some
privileged information.  The text does have the popular implication that
the window of opportunity is narrow.

www.emailhello.com does have an IP address, and a website.  My browser took
a long time to load.... (still waiting as I write.)

It tries to push some macromedia flash content (which I don't have
enabled), and displays some html at www.flashfunstuff.com.

Once viewing www.flashfunstuff.com, all you can do is sign up for a
sweepstakes (giving up your date of birth in the process.)

If you click on the link in the email message, you get a come-on of very
familiar-looking format.

The bottom line is he wants you to buy a book ("manual").
