Question-hp model 12H disk array on a 967

Has anybody have this working on 9x7 system that can tell me why i keep
getting dupicate drives. Every lun is a duplicate of lun 0 and prevents
me from using more than 4 gb and i have 45gb installed. I have the
lastest firmware on the f/w controller and the disk array controller
firmware is at HP62. Im installing mpe 6.5 and from what i see requires
no special patches. Im only using one controller(x) and one f/w
controller. ODE id's everything 100% and all diags run on the 12H-no
errors. Any help would be appreciated.
