I received the same letter, yesterday.

I replied to Bob Combs, saying:

   Since it's a "token" amount, then Interex shouldn't mind admitting
   how many shares it owns.

   Then how does Interex explain announcing in favor of the merger, which
   was clearly opposed by a significant number of members?
