I have Relate/3000 working on MPE/IX 7.0
I don't know how many people are still using Relate/3000.  We
still have a couple applications and have had to patch the executable
for each major OS update.  The problem is that Relate is very sensitive
to the PCB size and HP keeps changing the PCB size.

The only error is when using BUILDER or any HLI program starting Relate.
In other words Relate itself runs to run fine on 7.0, just
Builder doesn't work.  The patch takes care of all the problems I have found.

I would be happy to fax anyone a copy of what I did.
