Lim,
One way to talk to Oracle on the 3000 is using Java/JDBC. You can get
information about Java on the Jazz website.
For Oracle, you will need to copy drivers (classes12.zip for Java 1.2, for
example). You can use JNI to have the Java program interface with existing
subroutines.
There are other ways, but I understand that Oracle is no longer supporting
them.
Let me know if you need more information.
Good luck,
Joan

Hi,

we have a Oracle database sitting on a HP9000. Is it possible for the
HP3000 (s969 in our case) to talk to the Oracle database? If so, what are
the requirements?

Thanks.
