Dang Typo! That should have been "proxies" not "proxy's". Yes I now the
difference between possessive and plural forms. Well I guess the fact I let
a spelling error through on the list has invalidated all my University
degrees....

You could phone in a proxy? I would have thought at least a signature was
needed to reduce the chances of fraud. What would stop someone from using
the same list used for your "mailgram" to call up and re-vote a bunch of
other people's proxy's?
