This appeared in an old program I loaded from the CSL at a previous site
about 10 years ago. It would come up with a different "law" each day.
The one quoted below would appear on April 1st. I had it as part of the
logonudc to greet our users, after a year it began to repeat. I can't
recall the name of the program and we don't have the CSL at this site.
I thought I had extracted the laws to a text file but I can't find that
either. Oh well, probably just as well.
