Twice in the last two weeks our HP has 'locked up' over the night.  In the
morning, it will not let any users on.  It gave this message last time:
Dismount request for LDEV 11 Granted (Avr 19)
Begin Volume Mounting on LDEV 11 (Avr 9)
Unknown Volume Mounting on LDEV 11 (Avr 15)

LDEV11 is our HPA1999A CD-ROM.  But the CD drive is never used.  So what
does this error mean?
