Some of you have helped me before and THANK YOU.  But here I am again.

I am soooooo confused the users keep getting a Data access error when trying
to update anything to the file.  This problem seems to happen about every
3-6 months and I subfile for later but I have subfiled all that they do not
need at the moment so I need to come up with some other fix.  I need to see
if my file is full and I do not know how.  I am a programmer that is now
doing a system admin job.  There is only one system left on the HP and that
is why they do not want to spend much on it.  None of the systems are even
on maint. contracts anymore.
