A generic Unix-based installation procedure will suffice:

cd /some/directory
zcat txt2pdf.tar.gz | tar xvfop -

Then just run the txt2pdf.pl Perl script in the current directory.

If you don't already have it, you will need the Perl distribution from jazz.
Also, zcat is part of the GNU gzip/gunzip compression family, so you will need
Mark Klein's GNU stuff also from jazz.
