Passive yes, SSL not as far as I know (but maybe you can do it with a
Perl client or some OpenSSL tool, or maybe Java).  6.0 has the HP FTP
client built in, but it lacks support for passive mode.  If you get the
latest FTP patch from HP then you'll get passive mode along with a few
other options.
